Dave spent three years at Sheridan College developing a sense of design and craftsmanship. He uses a lot of old techniques such as veneer, marquetry and parquetry in his work and then rolls them into a contemporary piece of furniture.
His work is about old world craftsmanship and being part of that ongoing tradition, yet giving those old techniques a modern voice and relevance.
